Booking Terms

These terms cover the agreement between you and Fresh By Prince when you book an appointment through freshbyprince.com.au. They are written in plain English, not legal-ese.
Making a booking
Bookings can be made online through the booking flow, in person, or by phone. Online bookings are held on Prince's calendar as soon as you receive a confirmation email.
Prices and duration
The prices and durations shown on the booking pages are current as of the last website update. Actual duration may vary slightly depending on the specific cut and any add-ons. Payment is taken at the shop by cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay.
Add-on services
You can add complementary services (beard clean-up, hot towel shave) to your primary booking. Prince runs add-ons back-to-back in the same chair; the total appointment length reflects the combined services.
Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive at 216 Devonshire Street, Surry Hills a few minutes before your slot. If you're running late, call ahead: 0434 482 556. Prince will do his best to accommodate, but if you're more than 15 minutes late the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Consultation and expectations
Every appointment includes a short consultation before the cut. Prince may suggest adjustments based on your hair, face, growth pattern and lifestyle. The final decision is yours; the aim is the strongest version of what you actually want, not a template.
Corrections after the appointment
If you're not happy with your cut, tell Prince before you leave the chair. Small corrections are done on the spot. If something becomes apparent after you leave, come back within 48 hours and Prince will assess it and fix what can be fixed at no charge.
Payment methods
We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Australian Consumer Law.
